Job summary

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Trenton, TN. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, using ABA therapy techniques under supervision of a BCBA to impact development.

We are hiring for part-time afternoon hours only. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 15 hours per week, in-home and in-person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• CPR certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy sessions in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Attend supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
