Job summary

Sound Behavior Services, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Branford, Connecticut team. You will deliver in-person ABA therapy at children's homes, under supervision of a BCBA, to support development and daily functioning.

This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay of $24.00–$27.00, flexibility with Monday and Friday afternoons, mileage reimbursement, and training to obtain RBT certification, with opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
