Job summary

New Patterns ABA - CT in Bethany, CT seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work under BCBA supervision to deliver individualized ABA services to children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities in homes, schools, or community settings.

You will collect data, implement reinforcement-based strategies, and maintain precise session records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA services under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of each client's treatment plan and goals.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Implement and reinforce positive behavioral strategies and reinforcement-based procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
