Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will work in the child’s natural home setting, supporting goals in communication, play, and life skills.

The role offers part-time and full-time options, pays $22–$28 per hour, and includes training, scheduling flexibility, and ongoing clinical growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; support path to certification if not yet obtained.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team to support success.
• Stay active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.).
