Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children, either in-home or at our centers, to help develop adaptive skills and independence.

You will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), with flexible hours designed for work-life balance. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and travel up to 25% may be needed. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, including those with autism
• Effective spoken and written English communication
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families
• Must possess a valid state ID
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic
• Follow supervising BCBA written treatment plans
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute between locations and be punctual
• Perform other duties as assigned
