Job summary

Snowflakes ABA Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Maryland. You’ll implement behavior plans, work one‑on‑one with clients, and collect data under a BCBA supervision.

The role requires travel to client homes (75%), flexible hours including evenings and some weekends, and a commitment to compassionate, coachable care. Training and ongoing supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Be caring, coachable, and clinically knowledgeable.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to engage in physical activities with clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by the supervising BCBA to address specific client needs.
• Direct one-on-one in-home sessions delivering therapeutic interventions.
• Collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Help clients acquire skills through ABA techniques.
• Maintain updates with the supervising BCBA and team.
