Job summary

Move Up ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through in-home and community sessions in Maryland.

You will work Monday to Friday, 4pm-8pm, in settings including the child’s home, school, or community locations, under BCBA supervision. Earn $24–$34 per hour depending on experience and certifications, with a focus on play-based, child-led ABA strategies and data collection to track progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR if necessary
• Completion or proof of completion of the 40-Hour RBT course (or ability to complete this training and take the exam within 60 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a BCBA, implement behavior plans and collect data
• Support clients’ skill development and daily living goals
• Interact with caregivers as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress
