Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home or clinic settings, helping them develop behavior management, toileting, feeding, and compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children in home or clinic environments.
• Effective communication with co-workers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
