Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) roles in the United States. The position involves providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, following BCBA-developed plans, and detailing data and notes for each session.

Candidates should have experience with autism, strong English communication, and reliable transportation. A valid state ID and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must have a valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation to travel to homes or clinics.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings regularly.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
