Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking compassionate individuals to become Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) supporting children in in-home or center-based ABA services. You will help children develop behavioral, communication, and daily living skills under supervision.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay of $19–$23 per hour, and benefits including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and maternity leave.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings regularly.
• Must have a vehicle to commute to locations and be punctual.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
