Job summary

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and TBI. You will work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and collect session data.

Ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, or caregivers seeking entry into behavioral health. Afternoon and evening availability required. Onboarding incentive available and COVID pay offered, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required) and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
