Job summary

TRAC Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.

Responsibilities include following individualized treatment plans, collecting progress data, and helping clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).
• Resume and completion of onboarding documents.
• Up-to-date negative TB test.
• Credentialing documentation per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home-based environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members.
