TRAC Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). This role suits teachers, tutors, CNAs, and caregivers seeking a meaningful behavioral health career, with afternoon and evening hours preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Resume and onboarding documents.
• Up-to-date TB test.
• Credentialing documentation per state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document behavior and progress data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, structured home-based environment.
