T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center in Michigan is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and TBI.

Afternoon and evening availability is required, with paid onboarding and ongoing supervision. Roles involve 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements.
• Completion of onboarding requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
