Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is actively hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for individuals with ASD and TBI.

Afternoon and evening availability is required, with client assignments across Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee Counties. The roles involve 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes
• Valid negative TB test
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements
• Completion of onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Accurately collect and document session data
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment
• Communicate with families and clinical team
