Job summary

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for individuals with ASD and TBI. Afternoon and evening availability is required, with onboarding incentives and COVID pay.

Travel to client homes and BCBA supervision are part of the role. The position targets individuals from teaching, tutoring, CNA backgrounds or those entering behavioral health, offering paid onboarding and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (transcripts required).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Valid negative TB test.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements; onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Accurately collect and document session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and structured therapy environment.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
