Job summary

TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center in Michigan is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for individuals with ASD and TBI. Afternoon and evening availability is required.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help develop communication and daily living skills. Onboarding and ongoing supervision are provided, with paid training and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (transcripts may be requested).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes.
• Ability to meet state credentialing requirements and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe, structured therapy environment and document progress.
• Communicate with families and the clinical team.
