Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Perris, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer paid RBT and clinical training, mileage reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and ongoing clinical support. This is an in-home, part-time role with afternoon/evening hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles for sessions.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organization.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
