Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in Fontana, CA is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, guided by BCBA-developed plans. You'll help children build communication, social, daily living, and coping skills while collecting accurate session data.

This role offers paid RBT and clinical training, mileage reimbursement, a cell phone allowance, flexible scheduling, and ongoing clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
