Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work one-on-one in clients' homes, delivering ABA-based interventions and supporting skill development under BCBA supervision.

Paid RBT and clinical training are provided, along with mileage reimbursement, a cell phone allowance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in client's homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
