Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center in San Bernardino, CA, is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes or at the center, under BCBA supervision. You will help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting session data and supporting progress.

The role offers paid RBT and clinical training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible scheduling, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week; afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and centers.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
• Communicate professionally with families and caregivers.
• Attend ongoing training and team meetings.
