Direct ABA Implementation includes implementing individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA, teaching communication, social, daily living, and play skills, using reinforcement, and collecting accurate, real-time data on client progress.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy and data collection.
• Ability to work in an in-home therapy setting.
• Ability to work with children ages 2-18.
• Collaborative work with supervising BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Implement behavior-reduction plans to address challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Prepare materials needed for therapy sessions.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation according to company and insurance standards.
• Track skill acquisition and behavior trends using data-collection software.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs about client progress and challenges.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Provide feedback to caregivers when appropriate and under BCBA guidance.
