Job summary

RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led provider offering in-home ABA and center-based therapy for children aged 2-18. The Behavior Technician (BT) role supports clients under BCBA guidance and helps develop communication, social, daily living, and play skills.

The BT will implement ABA plans, collect progress data, prepare session materials, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaboration with BCBAs and caregivers is required, with strict adherence to BACB ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Session Preparation & Documentation: Prepare materials and maintain detailed session notes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Communicate with supervising BCBAs and participate in supervision.
• Professional Conduct: Follow BACB ethics and maintain client confidentiality.
