Job summary

HireCare Services in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
