Job summary

HireCare Services in Vinton, VA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA. This part-time or full-time role supports children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication and daily living skills through structured teaching.

You will deliver individualized treatment plans, collect data, share progress with the BCBA team, and maintain professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
