Job summary

HireCare Services in Charlottesville, VA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers flexible hours, hands-on experience, and strong BCBA supervision.

You will work 1:1 in clients’ homes, support skill development, collect data, and report progress to the clinical team while maintaining ethical standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required (training available).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home-based settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions.
• Communicate progress and observations to your clinical team.
• Complete timely session notes and documentation.
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow ethical and professional ABA practices.
