Job summary

HireCare Services in Newport News, VA is hiring compassionate RBTs and BTs to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, helping kids build communication, social, and daily living skills in familiar home environments.

Flexible scheduling includes part-time and full-time options with afternoon and after-school shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by your BCBA
• Provide direct therapy in home-based settings
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
• Communicate client progress with your supervising BCBA
• Complete timely and detailed session documentation
• Maintain professionalism and follow ethical ABA standards
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
