Job summary

HireCare Services in Glen Allen, VA seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This part-time or full-time role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship from BCBAs, and opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA treatment under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and communicating progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training support provided).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data during each session and share updates with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes and maintain confidentiality.
