Job summary

HireCare Services in Winchester, VA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.

You will help children develop communication, social and daily living skills, collect accurate data during sessions, and share progress with your BCBA team.

Flexible scheduling is available with part-time or full-time positions and weekend options, plus ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
