Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy with naturalistic, child-led approaches, offering hands-on training and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 ABA services, following BCBA-designed plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and BCBAs. A background check is required and availability Mon-Fri is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete a 14 day training.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
