Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy using naturalistic, child-led approaches, with hands-on training and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, following BCBA plans, data collection, and collaborating with families and BCBAs. Some sessions may occur in home, school, or clinic settings; a background check is required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14‑day training.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
