Job summary

Carelinks ABA seeks enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home ABA therapy. You will work in home, school, community, or clinic settings under supervision, using naturalistic, child-led methods to support outcomes.

You will contribute to data collection, progress monitoring, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors, families, and team members while upholding professional and confidential standards. Generous PTO and additional benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required or you must be able to complete a 14‑day training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
