Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC seeks enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches with hands-on training and growth opportunities.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools or clinics, implement treatment plans, collect data, and participate in supervision and trainings. A current RBT or ability to complete a 14-day training is required, with background checks

Qualifications

RBT certification or willingness to complete a 14-day training.
Background check required to proceed with the role.
Consistent Monday–Friday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, community or clinic settings.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under supervision.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication and social skills.
Collect accurate data on skill acquisition using electronic systems.
Participate in supervision, team meetings and required trainings.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families and teammates.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and client-centered care.
Support a safe, engaging and positive therapeutic environment.
