Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches, offering hands-on training and opportunities for professional growth.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and participate in supervision and trainings while maintaining confidentiality and a client-centered

Qualifications

RBT Certification is required or availabilty to complete 14 day training.
Must pass a background check.
Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community or clinic settings.
Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life and academic skills.
Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings and required trainings.
Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families and fellow team members.
