Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches, with hands-on training and supportive supervision to promote professional growth.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, implement treatment plans, collect data, and participate in supervision. A background check is required and availability Monday–Friday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Monday–Friday availability preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
