Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We offer hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional growth in in-home ABA therapy.

You will deliver 1:1 therapy, implement treatment plans, and collect data while collaborating with BCBAs, families, and teammates. Competitive pay and generous PTO accompany a focus on client-centered, professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or ability to complete 14‑day training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skills using electronic systems.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings and required trainings.
