Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Burke County, in-home, school, and community settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are willing to pursue RBT certification within 30 days, and can travel to client homes. You will implement BCBA-approved plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and supervisors to deliver quality care.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to become certified within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and families.
• Technologically proficient; familiarity with Apple and/or Android devices.
• Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
• Clear background check and drug test.

Mansioni

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes and communities.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect and log data on sessions with accuracy.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment.
• Take detailed session notes.
