Job summary

Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children in in-home, school, and community settings. This part-time role offers daytime or evening shifts and requires travel to client homes with supervision from a BCBA.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA instruction, follow the treatment plan, and collect data while staying punctual, compassionate, and professional. A background check and ability to lift 35 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and families.
• Must be 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and move about homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
