Job summary

Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy. You will deliver 1:1 instruction, implement plans from a BCBA, and travel to client homes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and a willingness to become RBT-certified within 30 days; strong compassion for children and reliability are essential. Benefits include paid non-billable time, supervision, PTO, and health-related coverages.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification preferred or willing to become certified within 30 days.
• Experience with children and disabilities is valued.
• Clear background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with ABA best practices.
• Implement the treatment plan created by the BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and community sites as needed.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition and log hours accurately.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and communicate with parents and BCBA.
• Take detailed session notes.
