Job summary

Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings in Georgia. The role involves delivering one-on-one instruction under supervision and traveling to client homes to implement treatment plans.

Strong communication with BCBA and parents is essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are or will be RBT certified within 30 days, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a patient,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
• Technologically proficient with mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA teaching procedures.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill data and log hours accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
