Job summary

Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support families. You will follow BCBA plans, prepare sessions, and collect data while traveling to client homes within about 45 minutes.

Competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour with benefits including exam fee coverage, CEUs, paid training, and a supportive team focused on client care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 45 minutes to client’s homes.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and communicate with the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
