Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home therapy with children in Colorado. You will work under BCBA guidance, implement treatment plans, and collect data to track progress.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
