Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with relevant child-facing experience (professional or volunteer).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
