Ambitions ABA Colorado provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team and deliver high-quality services in clients’ homes in Colorado.

The position offers an hourly wage of $20–$25, paid training, free CEUs, and referral bonuses. Our supportive clinical and administrative team helps you focus on clients while you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification.
• Includes access to RBT certification course for candidates with child-related experience.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB standards.
• Collect and record client progress data during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
