Qualifications

• RBT certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with children in professional or volunteer settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements
