Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team in Colorado. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors, delivering individualized interventions to children and supporting families in their homes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in professional or volunteer settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
