Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community ABA services in Colorado Springs.

You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with a care team. The role requires HIPAA awareness, teamwork, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• HIPAA and confidentiality awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach skills and manage behaviors.
• Maintain confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
