Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA services in Arvada, CO. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism under supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA and team, and maintaining confidentiality while building skills and independence for clients. In-person work expected, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities, including autism.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality of records.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage behaviors.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
