Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. You will implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and help develop and carry out care plans.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork and communication, and willingness to travel 100% for in-field sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• HIPAA regulations understanding and confidentiality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for effective care.
