Job summary

Advanta Autism Care is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings along Colorado's Front Range. You will work under a BCBA supervision to support clients in communication, social, daily living and independence skills.

The role offers $23–$28/hour, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• Experience using CentralReach is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate session data and document progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families and caregivers.
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior strategies.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training and team meetings.
